- History - The Carrboro Board of Aldermen held a special meeting on Thursday, January 19, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. in the Carrboro Town Hall Board Room for the purpose of interviewing the candidates for the vacant seat on the Board of Aldermen. A second meeting was held on 1/31/06 to begin the process for making a decision on which candidate would fill the vacant position. On 2/1/06 the final meeting was held and the vacant position was filled by Dan Coleman.
